The 90 litre stationary spill kit is packed full of everything you need for a fast response to spills and leaks in the workplace, all contained within a drum featuring a clip-down lid. Ideal for medium-sized commercial and industrial applications, having this ready on site will minimise the damage such accidents can cause, with a range to suit your particular needs.
Positioned near potential risks, the yellow drum will stand out and features a large sign which makes it easily visible, with a blue version also available for the oil and fuel kit for the construction industry. Each container is supplied packed full of everything you need to quickly and efficiently clean-up 90 litres of liquid.
Each plastic drum with lid contains four absorbent socks to contain the spillage to one location, while the 40 absorbent pads soak up the liquid. With three disposable bags and ties included, it’s easy to segregate waste before disposing of responsibly. Additionally, consider adding an anti-tamper seal to prevent misuse.
Manufactured in the UK by Fentex, ensure everyone on site know where to find the 90 litre stationary spill kit, as well as how to use it in an emergency. Often required by law when storing or using potentially-hazardous materials, these are also designed to make the job of cleaning up much easier.
Which Spill Kit Do I Need?
It’s essential that you select the correct spill kit for the application they’ll be used for to ensure they’re effective, and in some instances, you may require multiple kits.
The EVO spill kit is the universal and environmentally-friendly choice used in most situations. Made of recycled cotton fibres, these are 25% more absorbent than standard pads with an ultra-low carbon footprint. This is designed for absorbing hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, engine oil, solvents, coolant and antifreeze.
The general purpose spill kit is best suited for absorbing coolant, antifreeze, oil, water, weak chemicals and solvents.
The oil and fuel spill kit is the ideal choice for absorbing hydraulic oil, engine oil, lubricating oil, and solvents, and as it will not absorb water, can be used on the water in marinas and rivers. Additionally, with this kit, you can choose between a yellow or blue drum.
The chemical spill kit is designed for safely absorbing acids, alkalis, strong chemicals, and solvents, although is not suitable for use on oxidisers.
