Ideal for quick reaction to incidents and highly mobile 120 litre wheeled spill kit is easy to manoeuvre around an industrial site to respond to a spill or leak. Best located near a potential risk within the workplace, the small wheelie bin is highly visible and features a large sign which makes it easy to spot.
Assisting with the compliance of EA/SEPA/NIEA guidelines (PPG26), there’s a range available so you can get protected for the risks present on your premise. Supplied with a small yellow wheelie bin, with a blue bin version also available to suit the oil and fuel kit for the construction industry, it’s packed full of everything you need to clean up to 120 litres of liquid.
Each 120 litre wheeled spill kit contains five absorbent socks to contain the spillage to one location, while the 50 absorbent pads soak up the liquid. With three disposable bags and ties included, it’s easy to segregate waste before disposing of responsibly. Additionally, consider adding an anti-tamper seal to prevent misuse.
Manufactured in the UK by Fentex, ensure everyone on site know where to find the 120 litre wheeled spill kit, as well as how to use it in an emergency. Often required by law when storing or using potentially-hazardous materials, these are also designed to make the job of cleaning up much easier.
Which Spill Kit Do I Need?
It’s essential that you select the correct spill kit for the application they’ll be used for to ensure they’re effective, and in some instances, you may require multiple kits.
The EVO spill kit is the universal and environmentally-friendly choice used in most situations. Made of recycled cotton fibres, these are 25% more absorbent than standard pads with an ultra-low carbon footprint. This is designed for absorbing hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, engine oil, solvents, coolant and antifreeze.
The general purpose spill kit is best suited for absorbing coolant, antifreeze, oil, water, weak chemicals and solvents.
The oil and fuel spill kit is the ideal choice for absorbing hydraulic oil, engine oil, lubricating oil, and solvents, and as it will not absorb water, can be used on the water in marinas and rivers. Additionally, with this kit, you can choose between a yellow or blue small wheelie bin.
The chemical spill kit is designed for safely absorbing acids, alkalis, strong chemicals, and solvents, although is not suitable for use on oxidisers.
