The blue mobile safety steps are an old favourite when it comes to providing easy and safe access in commercial environments, especially because they’re fully compliant with EN131-7 and Kitemarked. Available in a huge range of sizes, from 3 to 15 treads, these steps also have optional all-metal punched treads or anti-slip mats fitted to the treads and top platform step for maximum grip.

For easy manoeuvrability by one person, the hand locking device makes it easy to operate and doubles as an anti-ascent bar making it impossible to climb the ladder when not in the locked position. When locked, the front feet rest firmly on the floor for maximum grip, and when not locked, the front wheels touch the ground.

Constructed from strong tubular mild steel with a double handrail, toe-boarded platform and enclosed guardrail for assured working and stock picking thanks to the large 560 x 400mm top platform ensuring its comfortable to work from. Designed for constant usage, the mobile safety steps have a maximum load of 150kg (just over 23 stone), check the table below for specifications of each size.
