It’s easy to monitor your own blood pressure from the comfort of your own home with the Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. Thanks to the large LCD screen and its 90-reading memory capacity, you can measure and keep track of your blood pressure and pulse, all at the touch of a single button.

With the cuff plugged into the monitor, strap it to your upper left arm and adjust to fit an arm between 22cm and 32cm in size. As the pressure in the cuff increases and decreases, it’ll take measurements and then display the systolic, diastolic and pulse readings so they’re easy to understand.

Powered by 4 x AA batteries (not included), a one-minute automatic shut off feature will help conserve the batteries so it’s working when you next need it and also has a low battery indicator so you know when they need replacing.
