Demonstrating fire resistance for up to 30 minutes in alignment with BS476 parts 20 and 22, the COSSH cabinet aligns with the regulations set by HSE Guide HSG51 and DSEAR 2002, boasting a melting point exceeding 750°C. A 10-year warranty and a Certificate of Conformity accompany this package.

Constructed from a combination of 18- and 20-gauge mild steel, the Single Door Flammable Cabinet achieves enhanced strength by welding all eight corners, resulting in a robust, leak-proof storage solution. To counteract chemical reactions, an epoxy-polyester powder coat is applied. Its vibrant yellow hue, along with accompanying warning signs, eliminates any ambiguity about the presence of hazardous liquids.

Featuring an adjustable shelf, moveable in 25mm increments and with a maximum load capacity of 50kg, its 25mm depth serves as a practical spill tray to contain minor leaks. The non-removable sump at the cabinet's bottom accommodates up to 10 litres for spill collection. This single-door large flammable storage cabinet measures H 915mm x W 457mm x D 305mm.
