With our campsite fire safety bundle, we make it easy to ensure you have the fire safety provisions you’ll need to prepare for an emergency and protect your happy campers. Ideally, you will have at least one of these packs placed in every section of your campsite or caravan park so no one has to travel very far to reach their nearest fire extinguisher. This means swift action can be taken to tackle the fire and raise the alarm.

Perfect for any outdoor leisure environment, each kit includes 2x 9kg powder fire extinguishers, matching fire extinguisher signs, a fire point sign, a caravan park extinguisher box, and a rotary fire alarm bell which should be mounted nearby.

With powder fire extinguishers, you’re prepared for most types of fire with Class A, B and C coverage, as well as live electricals, and can operate in temperatures as low as -20°C. Each 9kg powder extinguisher has an impressive 55A 233B C fire rating, ensuring you can safely tackle a fire involving flammable gases and liquids, wood, paper, and fabric.

These can then be stored within the freestanding extinguisher box to ensure the extinguishers are protected from the elements so they can be relied upon in an emergency. The lift-off lid features quick-release catches for access, and you can install it with an anti-tamper seal so you can easily see if the box has been opened. Using the drop-down menu, you can select an alarmed cabinet which sounds a 100dB alarm whenever the lid is removed to prevent misuse and vandalism.

The campsite fire safety bundle is complete with a fire point sign for easy identification, and a rotary fire alarm bell. To raise the alarm, all anyone has to do is turn the handle to produce the 60dB alarm which will be heard up to 35 metres away. The bell should then be installed on a wall, fence or other upright surfaces – in the same position as the box with extinguishers – in a visible and easy-to-access location.
