    I made my purchase on-line on Sunday; it was despatched on Monday. The equipment was as described and appears to be very good value for money; hopefully I won't have to use it! The packaging re-used an old box which, despite being marked fragile, arrived ripped and torn exposing the contents. The parcel carrier was shocking!! There was a clear disconnect between the driver, depot, website and call centre. Having missed the first attempted delivery the card left by the driver to 'manage my delivery' did not work; at the second attempt the second card did work and the delivery was re-scheduled - although I changed my plans and waited in all day it did not arrive, when I spoke to the call centre they advised that the delivery had not left the depot. I was assured they had re-arranged for delivery next day so changed my plans again and waited in again; the delivery again failed leave the depot. On day#5 I attended the depot and they struggled to locate the parcel as it had been re-scheduled for delivery next week! Attending the depot incurred a 70 mile round trip and two hours of my time. This parcel carrier would struggle with a paper round!! Whilst I would make further purchase from the supplier the overall experience has been let down by UK Mail.
