Great coms with you, but a pitty about the carrier who found us out the first time he called and delivered it the second time, the trouble is we all have lives to lead and some carriers give you an hour slot and a day to deliver, but the one you use does not, so we have no idea what day or time it will arrive and if I had to pick it up at there depot it would of been an 80 mile rtn drive for me, otherwise a good product and I am pleased with it.

Thank you for your feedback. We use several couriers, however as you ordered a fire extinguisher we are limited by the couriers who are approved to carry fire extinguishers. Unfortunately, this restriction means the eligible courier does not have a one-hour slot service. We do pass on customer feedback and will certainly keep requesting this service for our customers.
