Great service. Prompt and efficient. I ordered a product it came very quickly and also had to return an item. No quibble with that and a replacement was sent out immediately. I returned the item we had a problem with using a returns freepost label sent immediately after the phone call. Ok so not huge events but nevertheless it was so good to come across a well run business who obviously train their staff well and have the right priorities for running a business. I would have no hesitation in recommended them to anyone.
