Activated automatically by extreme temperature rises without requiring any manual input, it offers a fast and efficient response to the early signs of fire to protect your high-value and sensitive equipment.
The adaptive mini automatic extinguisher is for those areas that are small it won’t even fit the smallest of suppression systems, it is uses a clean agent Fluoroketone (FK-5-1-12). Working by absorbing the heat from the fire source, this will leave no harmful or corrosive residue which reduces collateral damage and increases the likelihood of recovering important data. This is suitable for Class A, B and C fires, as well as those which are electrically-started with an ozone depletion potential of zero.
While the 100g micro automatic fire extinguisher is installed outside of a cabinet using the mounting brackets provided, its heat-sensitive glass bulb is inserted inside the micro-environment. With a choice of three barrel sizes available (also known as nozzles), it is easy to ensure the extinguisher will reach, no matter your setup. The quartzoid bulb breaks when temperatures reach 57°C which then triggers the extinguisher automatically and is perfect for providing coverage for an area of 0.13 m3. Additionally, each adaptive micro automatic fire extinguisher is fitted with a pressure gauge which will sit outside of the container, which makes it easily to visually check it is still in good working order.
