There are a few reasons why you might want to choose a wall-mounted automatic fire extinguisher. Firstly, if you are wanting to protect a particular piece of equipment, such as an engine or server, then installing one of these automatic fire extinguishers directly to the wall above the item(s) is the most-effective solution. Secondly, your ceiling may not be strong enough to take the weight of a ceiling-mounted version, and instead, you can use a telescopic wall bracket to extend this out from the wall into a more central position.

Next, you need to consider the types of fire you’re most at risk of, and the items you are protecting. All of our wall-mounted automatic extinguishers are suitable for Class A (wood, paper, cloth, etc.), Class B (flammable liquids), and Class C (flammable gas) fires, as well as being safe to use around live electrical equipment.
It is important to note that powder may impair breathing and vision as well as causing corrosion to sensitive equipment.
Alternatively, clean gas automatic extinguishers, also known as clean agent automatic extinguishers, leave no residue. As a result, you prevent collateral damage and simplify the cleanup process, making them particularly well-suited for protecting sensitive equipment and environments.
Which Automatic Fire Extinguisher Do I Need?

You must install the automatic extinguisher so the discharge head is at any angle below the horizon – however, it is most effective when installed facing directly down so they empty entirely. You’ll also need to be careful of installing these close to direct heat sources, such as hot pipes and exhaust manifolds.
