Having the X-Sense ProConnected wireless carbon monoxide alarm as part of your smart home, alongside smoke alarms, gives your home and family complete protection. It’s suggested you have a CO alarm in any room containing a fuel-burning appliance – including fireplaces and gas boilers – as well as one in every bedroom. You can then connect this as one of up to 24 devices in the range, and even control them using your smartphone when you connect the home hub too. When they’re interconnected, all alarms will sound their 85 Decibel alarm.

The interconnected carbon monoxide alarm is battery-powered and can either be mounted to a wall or simply placed on a table in a suitable location. Compliant with EN 50291-1:2008, the CO detector is also UKCA-approved and CE Marked. Additionally, each sensor is tested individually as opposed to batch testing.

The easy-to-read LCD display is handy for letting you know the status of the alarm. If the carbon monoxide alarm detects CO, it will display the concentration so you can quickly identify it, regardless of whether or not this has reached a dangerous level. The unit also features an LED status indicator and a button for testing, resetting and silencing the alarm.

Fitted with a replaceable battery and the ability to interconnect wirelessly, the X-Sense carbon monoxide alarm is easy to install and set up yourself. You can link this to other CO, smoke and heat alarms, and when you connect a Home Hub too, you can name each device, test alarms remotely, receive push notifications to your home and monitor your home from anywhere.

Please Note: This carbon monoxide alarm can only be connected to other alarms in the X-Sense ProConnected range. The Home Hub is only required if you wish to control the alarms using the app; these alarms can be wirelessly interconnected using RF technology without the base station.
