Very helpful will use again

Very easy ordering and delivery, but was disapointed with the fire proof foam it was used for about 5 seconds and then left for 1 minute whilst I changed location then when I went to use it again the spray was not working efficiently it was very sporadic and foam only came out in very small amounts.

Several items were damaged and the expanding foam had already expanded, but the company were quick to send out replacements and that was easy and efficient so not all bad.

I have placed several orders with your company and all items have been dispatched quickly but arrived sporadically. City Link are not reliable or easy to use and when you are home based like me, this proves a nightmare. I find your service impeccable from ordering to returning items where necessary. However, your courier choice is letting you down!
