intumescent glazing U-channel for 6mm glass is a cost-effective, easily installed dry glazing gasket for use in fire doors using clear or wired glass. The elastic composition of the channel grips the glass and measures 15mm tall by 10.5mm wide and comes supplied in 100 metre black (coiled) lengths.
The glazing channel is NHBC-type approved, 30-minute fire rated and meets BS 476 Parts 20 & 22 1987. It is designed for use in glass up to 600mm x 600mm and is impervious to water and moisture.
