The large flexipack 1.8m x 1.8m fire blanket is an effective and clean method of tacking a fire, whilst ensuring it remains straightforward to use in an emergency. Contained within an economy soft case, it’s BSi Kitemarked to BS EN 1869:1997 and is ideal for commercial kitchens where cooking pots may catch alight. Its size also makes it perfect for wrapping around yourself or someone else for personal protection in a fire.

Mounted to the wall using hooks or screws, pull the two cords to release the large fire blanket, and then continue holding the cords as you place it over the flames. This protects you and works by smothering the fire of oxygen so it burns itself out. The flexipack 1.8m x 1.8m fire blanket is manufactured by FireChief of a glass-coated twill weave cloth known as K100 cloth.

Suitable for commercial kitchen areas, welding areas, personal protection, workshops, and flammable liquid risks.
