After a very kind phone call to say the courier had broken down our product arrived the following day. Initially I put the battery in the wrong way and couldn't stop it bleeping which drove the dogs frantic. However once removed and tried the other way round it didn't bleep any more apart from when I tested it. The bleep is loud enough to wake the dead! Hopefully it will never go off but it's safety first in our house!
