Had great difficulty trying to make the transaction initilly. Firstly I could not enter an Irish address for delivery. We were also looking to be invoiced ex. VAT as the VAT should not apply. I contacted via phone regarding this but it was not resolved. In the end I paid with credit card, including VAT just to get the required items.
It would be helpful if you could look inti how these issues might be resolved.
Once I ordered via credit card and paid the VAt the delivery time etc. was good.
