I am sorry that you feel the service you have received has been poor.
I have looked into your order and have confirmed that it was sent on the day that your order was placed and delivered by Interlink the following day, is it possible that the person that signed for it forgot to let you know it had arrived?
My colleague has called you today to confirm this with you and of course we can send you the tracking details from our courier if you wish.
