I placed my order online in the evening. The next morning, I received a phone call telling me that one of the items ordered was out of stock. I suggested an alternative and asked whether one was available. An enquiry was quickly made the item was substituted. As a result, my order arrived on time and complete. The order was completed to my satisfaction and the service I received was excellent.

Good prices, good service, the only issue is sending to different sites with each order is difficult on the Online system.
