    I had extinguishers delivered to St Johns Cottage Metfield IP20 0LH on Tuesday April 2. The driver had great difficulty finding the place.
    You ask customers when placing orders to give their telephone numbers. Why aren't these numbers passed on to the delivery people? It's much more important for them to have the numbers than for you.
    If you had passed on our numbers, the driver could have rung us and got directions immediately. He and we would have been saved an enormous amount of irritation. He came twice to our area and had to turn back because he could not find the place. He finally got our numbers from you after we had rung you to ask why he was so delayed, and you eventually gave him the numbers.
    In future please make it your regular practice to give the delivery company phone numbers of the place they are going to, at the same time as you give them the address.
