I have used this Company a number of times now and each time I have experienced excellent customer service. You are notified when your order is being delivered (to within an hour) by a series of texts, which is exceptionally good. The reason for not awarding 5 stars is that the delivery charges are high and no discount is offered for large orders.

Prices were better than every other site I checked (and i am good at research!) All arrived in good time and in excellent condition. I made a minor error in my order (oops pressed 2 instead of 1) and this was quickly sorted with by the team via email. I am well pleased, these guys are hot stuff - an easy recommendation.

Needed extinguisher and fire blanket for camping trip, got helpful advice over phone prior to purchase, and then order delivered promptly by courier. Not used this company before, but first impressions are of good service.

The usual company I use had a problem with their website so I found FP online via Google. I'll be using them again in future as the service was excellent. I ordered two items separately and then got a phone call to say they had refunded my postage on the second order and would send them out together! Great service and quality products.
