With the fall arrest kit, you receive everything you need to get started with basic fall arrest work and even comes with a drawstring bag to securely keep your equipment in. Included is a single lanyard with shock absorber and the adjustable 2-point safety harness, which is lightweight and features a rear D-ring and frontal webbing loops.

All CE Marked, the fall arrest kit from Portwest will have you compliant with European Standards EN 361, EN 355 and EN 362, ensuring the user is fully protected. The safety harness is fully adjustable to fit almost everyone with a sub-pelvic strap to ensure the wearer remains upright at all times. With blue and red contrasting colours to ensure easy inspection, the 2-point safety harness has a sliding rear D-ring.

The harness is simple to put on yourself as you put your arms through and secure the straps around your chest and legs, with a quick release buckle to make things even easier. The lanyard is 180cm in total, which includes 120cm of rope, a tear-open energy absorber a snap hook and scaffolding hook, which together ensure you’re securely attached while reducing the shock caused by a fall arrest.
