Not only do these Fire Rated Loft Hatches have a one-hour fire rating, they are also insulated and air tight, meaning no loss of heat on chilly draughts. It also complies with all building regulations and designed to fit between 600cm centre trusses for domestic loft space access.

It Is able to accommodate standard loft ladders, but also looks much better than the timber or plastic alternatives. Once painted the same colour as the ceiling, it won’t become an eyesore at the top of your stairs.

With aesthetics in mind, it also features a patented spring loaded invisible keyhole. This covers unsightly holes until you need to use them. 

If your ceiling is already decorated, the picture frame loft hatch will retrofit without additional work needed. However, the beaded frame option allows you to hide the surround under plaster, meaning it is even less visible once simply plastered over.
