Appropriate for spaces where low temperatures cannot easily be shielded against. The antifreeze in the extinguisher permits it to still function in temperatures as low as -9°C. Anything lower than 0°C will not only stop a water extinguisher from operating but will probably harm the internal lining. Your service technician may then advise you it needs changing and it won't be protected by the warranty. A costly outgoing that can be prevented.

This extinguisher still has the same 5-year warranty that our standard water extinguishers have and can still be commissioned and serviced by any competent technician to British Standard 5306 Part 3.

Suitable for Campsites and outdoor use, Scout halls, storage facilities and anywhere that may have no heating or where the temperature could be less than 0°C

Types of fire include Class A (wood, paper, cloth, etc) but DO NOT use near live electrical equipment

Anticipated lifespan with indoor use and proper maintenance - up to 10 years
