This Heavy Duty Caulking Gun from Amtech is a no-nonsense tool for caulk application designed for DIY and professional usage alike. With a heavy-duty powder-coated steel construction, cast aluminium trigger handle and hooked hexagon rod, this caulk gun is intended for regular, uncompromising use, and is suitable for confined or hard-to-reach spaces thanks to its compact design.
It is suitable for use with most standard acrylics, silicones, MS polymers and adhesives and has an 11”/280mm range, making it ideal for household and industrial applications. The gun is also simple to use through this process:
Cut the tip and puncture the seal of the caulking cartridge intended for use and insert into the gun frame
Press release lever to advance plunger until it makes contact with cartridge
Position nozzle at desired joint and squeeze trigger gently, then move along the joint steadily to apply caulk evenly
The nozzle should always be cleaned after use and the gun stored in a dry place to maximise working life.
