We have one of the lightweight 7.5m three storey fire escape ladders in our clearance area as it has a few holes in the box. It has long been the choice of the home fire safety user. Just hook around the window opening and throw the ladder out. The 7.5 metre (25') is designed for second floor use but please check the dimensions below. To help you get a good footing there are stand-offs (these are loose in the box on the 7.5m model).
