The CommanderEDGE LFX range of extinguishers are water-based, meaning they are Fluorine-free, whilst discharging as a foam which quickly absorbs the heat. As a result, the chain reaction which leads to thermal runaway breaks down, cooling down the battery and preventing other cells from overheating.
Complete with all of the approvals you’d expect from your fire extinguisher, including the BS EN3 Kitemark, UKCA and CE Marked with MED approval, it has a 5-year warranty too.
