Pleased with all you did before my order left your premises . Delighted with the product and your customer care BUT unfortunately you were let down by your courier! (eventually arrived 6 days later than expected.If you want further details on this will let you know) However I would use you again and recommend you. I am glad to have peace of mind now I know how easily a fire starts in an electric room heater .
