Our FireChief 2 litre wet chemical fire extinguisher is ideal for your mobile catering business and small cafe's. The F class fire rating (deep fat fire rating) is enough for a small fryer and would be ok for a cafe kitchen but not a full blown commercial kitchen. Being a handy size and great price this is the best option for class F fires in small areas without a big price.
