Our 19mm and 25mm hose reel gate valves are designed to connect the main water supply to your manual hose reel so you can stop and allow the flow of water as required. With a brass-constructed body for easy fixing to your existing pipework, the gate valve also has a red handle for improved visibility and identification as a firefighting source.

Manufactured to BS 5154 for Vigil Products, you will generally use the hose reel gate valve to turn off the water when the hose is not going to be used for a long period, particularly in the winter months. Just make sure you check the size of your plumbing and hose reel inlet first, and ensure this is only installed on manual fire hose reels.
