There's no need to look for comparisons as the Honeywell (now re-branded as First Alert) 2096DE digital waterproof fire safe is waterproof enough to let it float to the surface in a flood. The 2096 fire safe is the largest of the Honeywell range with wheels to ease moveability (which can be easily removed if desired).

UL Classified to protect documents from fire in temperatures up to 927˚C for 1 hour, it is also Independent Test Lab verified for 1-hour fire protection of CDs, DVDs, USB Drives and Memory Sticks up to 926Ã‚ÂºC. To protect against theft, it has patented concealed hinges and 6 solid steel bolts along with a sliding rack for hanging files and two shelves.

The 2096D has Honeywell's five year guarantee and all Honeywell safes have a lifetime replacement after fire guarantee. The 2096D model is grey in colour and comes with an electronic digital keypad with emergency override access.
