Hurrah for moving offices! We’ve recently had some new offices built in sunny Hersden. It’s called Merlin House, and is on the Lakesview International Business Park. It’s a big new warehouse, with mezzanines, and there is lots of office space upstairs and downstairs, and also a shiny new conference room. There’s also plenty of space to park, and as the grounds are gated, it’s nice and secure.
We should have been all moved in during January, but the building work overran, and wasn’t finished until May – oops! There are still the odd bits that need finishing off, but we’re mostly straight now, and very happy in our lovely new place…but now thinking of expanding again!
Of course, being a fire safety company, we take all aspects of fire safety very seriously, and recently had to do a fire risk assessment. We’ve put up jalite signs, extinguishers and the whole building is fitted with an internal smoke and fire alarm. Let’s hope we don’t have to use it though!
